Members and Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverage products into the Club, except for a celebration cake that is to be consumed in the Bistro or a Function Room / Area.

Any other approvals to bring any food or beverage products into the Club must be approved by management 7 days prior to arrival in writing.

Due to food safety concerns the Club does not provide containers or like to allow members and guests to remove food from the Club.

The Club is always committed in a professional manner to the Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Service Gaming / Wagering and Keno.

The Club always encourages and practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Club Ringwood is an active member of the Maroondah Liquor Accord.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Club at any time.

All persons must carry photo ID when at the Club and must provide it when requested by staff.
